Bildiğiniz gibi Nisan 2003’ten beri içinde bulunduğumuz anatrend boyunca şu ana dek iki aratrend ve iki düzeltme yaşadık. Mayıs ayının son günleri veya Haziran ayının ilk günlerinde ise üçüncü aratrend başladı. Elbette retrospektif bakılmadıkça bir aratrendin başladığı günden itibaren fark edilmesi mümkün değildir. İMKB-100 endeksi 27 Mayıs tarihinde 1.75 cent düzeyinden 22 Temmuz’da 2.21 cent’e gelmiştir. Halbuki USD bazında gördüğü en düşük seviye (1.66 cent)18 Nisan gününe aittir. Aratrendlerin ve aradüzeltmelerin fark edilmeleri için benim önem verdiğim iki gösterge var. Daha önceki yazılarda gördüğünüz gibi 2000(30) Eurobond grafiği aratrend takibi açısından görevini oldukça başarılı bir şekilde yerine getirmiştir.

İMKB-10 hisselerinin takasları da gerek anatrend, gerekse aratrend takibi açısından oldukça önemlidirler. Aşağıda İMKB ölçeğinde bluechip olarak adlandırabileceğimiz beş hissenin 01 Ocak - 21 Temmuz aralığındaki yabancı takas paylarını görüyorsunuz. Grafiklerde her hisse için yabancı takas payının ulaştığı en düşük seviyenin tarihi görülüyor. Sağda ise hisselerin USD bazında gördükleri en düşük seviyeler görülmektedir. Gördüğünüz gibi Garanti, İŞ-C ve SAHOL’da fiyat-takas uyumu tamdır. DOHOL’da birinci en düşük seviyeye yakın olan ikinci en düşük seviye takasla uyumludur. YKBNK’ta ise en düşük fiyat ve takas uyumu iyi değil.

Sonuç olarak takastaki yabancı paranın payı, aratrend takibi için değerli bir göstergedir. Takas takibi yaban kişi mutlaka takası doğru yorumlamalıdır. Örneğin Garanti grafiğindeki büyük çentiğin birbirlerini takip eden virmanlama ve blok satış sonucu meydana gelmiştir. Ayrıca takasta yabancı payının artışının kısa vadeli olmadığına karar vermek için bir süre beklenmelidir. Bu süre sizin en düşük fiyattan alım fırsatı vermeyecektir. Ancak trendin gerçekten başlayıp başlamadığına karar vermenizi sağlar.

Şimdi efsanevi 2.2 cent düzeyindeyiz. Ancak ben bu seviyenin korkulacak bir seviye olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Doğal olarak bir çok kişi bu seviyeden satış yapmak isteyecektir. Ancak bu seviyeye anatrendin sadece bir durağı olarak bakanlar gelecek muhtemel düzeltmeyi önemsemeyecekler. Şükürler olsun ki, hala alıcı kitlemiz mevcut değil! Ancak gelecekte döviz, bono ve repo gibi alternatif enstrümanların getirilerinin düşüklüğü o kitleyi borsaya yönlendirecektir. Geçmişte evini satıp onun faiz geliriyle geçinenler veya dolar biriktirenlerin kazançları düştükçe alternatif bir kazancın peşine düşecekler. İşe o günler borsadan ayrılmamız gereken günler olarak tarihe geçecekler.
