Ben bu kod yazmayı şunun için istedim.. Tüm hisseleri taratıp short maliyetlerinin altına geleni bulayım.. Yorulmadan.. Ve pozisyona gireyim.. U30 daki tüm hisseleri sayacaktım ama çok zaman alıyor..
