ABD borsalarında ETF yatırımı yapan Rusya'da yaşayan bir Rus vatandaşı Artem Voronov'un anlattıkları linkte. Beyaz yakalı, ortalama bir Rus, servet sahibi oligark ya da portföy yöneticisi falan değil. Özetle; yatırımlarına erişimi dondurulmuş, alım, satım, yatırma, çekme hiç bişey yapamıyor. Pek umutlu konuşmamış, "Rusya'yı terketmeyi düşünüyorum, tüm tasarruflarım gitti, umarım kızım bir gün büyüyünce erişebilir" demiş.

Diktatörlüklerde yaşamanın böyle tehlikeleri de var, yağmurdan kaçarken doluya tutulabiliyorsun.
