The WSJ also adds that under the old pattern, the Fed would raise rates again in March, but officials now dont know when their next rate move will be after December. The reason for this is largely the market, even though as the WSJ reports, recent turbulence hasnt much dented the Feds view that the U.S. economy is on solid footing, with growth strong and unemployment low.
