We expect the 15-day uptrend to continue today (+0.5%) with inflows into global equities:

Ø In the 15-day rally; Turkish equitiesâ€™ main index is up 21.5% in dollar terms (16.4% in lira terms)

Ø When we analyze the breadth of the market in the last 15 days, we see that large caps are leading the rally with foreign inflows

o 20 out of 30 stocks in BIST30 are outperforming (67%)

o 38 out of 100 stocks in BISt30 are outperforming (38%)

o 72 out of 327 stocks in BISTTUM index are outperforming (22%)

*** Large caps with good liquidity are leading the rally and the small caps that locals normally hold and trade are being left behind

Top 5 performances in the last 15 days among large caps:

o ISCTR +32.9%

o TTKOM +30.3%

o PGSUS +30.2%

o YKBNK +29.4%

o ULKER +25.9%

*** We keep ISCTR and TTKOM in the model portfolio and have ULKER among out top non-bank picks.

BANKING SECTOR

n According to Daily Sabah, the maturity of consumer loans distributed for restructuring credit card receivables will be prolonged to 60 months from 48 months.

o The official announcement has not been published yet, hence details are not out.

o Note, a 60-month option is being offered by state banks with a slightly higher interest rate than that for 24 months. Neutral
