Within the scope of the Collective Labor Agreement negotiations between the employer union KİPLAS, representing our company, and the Petrol-İş Union—covering the years 2025-2026 and ongoing since January 21, 2025—no agreement has been reached. Therefore, in accordance with the decision of the Petrol-İş Union, a strike has commenced as of July 3, 2025, at our Yarımca Facility located in the Körfez/Kocaeli region.

Negotiations between the employer and employee unions are ongoing, and the public will be informed of any developments.
