Yaklaşık 1 milyon EUR yatırımla kurulacak 25 bin ton kapasite ile 2025 yılının son çeyreğinde yerel üretimin başlaması hedeflenmektedir. İşbu yatırım kararı yatırımcılar açısından yanıltıcı olmaması ve şirketimiz rekabet koşulları değerlendirilerek, ilgili şirketin sermayesine iştirak edilmesine ilişkin sözleşme imzalanıncaya kadar, 10.11.2023 tarihli yönetim kurulu kararı ile açıklanması ertelenmiştir. *TCMB'nin 22/07/2025 tarihli Alım Satıma Konu Olmayan Dövizlere İlişkin Bilgi Amaçlı Kur Tablosu baz alınmıştır. | The Board of our Company has decided that our subsidiary Kalekim Lyksor Sanayi A.Ş., in which we own 75% of the shares, will participate in the capital of Lyksor Maroc SA with the registration number 570481 in the Casablanca Trade Registry established in Morocco at the address of Bâtiment industriel N°05 construit sur le lot N°05, faisant partie du titre foncier mère N°4678/63, Parc Industriel CFCIM Ouled Saleh-Casablanca, by acquiring 518 shares in exchange for 155.400.- Moroccan Dirham (696.689 TL)* in cash and when the decision to increase the related company's capital from 300,000 Moroccan Dirhams (1,344,960 TL)* to 5,500,000 Moroccan Dirhams, we will fully exercise our rights to purchase new shares by paying 2,693,600 Moroccan Dirhams. Local production is planned to start in the last quarter of 2025 with a capacity of 25 thousand tons to be established with an investment of approximately 1 million EUR.
