Within the scope of the investigation file No. 2022/77716 of the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, pursuant to the decision of the Küçükçekmece 4th Criminal Court of Peace dated 11 September 2025 and numbered 2025/7284 Miscellaneous Matters, it has been resolved that, under Article 17 of Law No. 5549 in conjunction with Article 128 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the shareholding interests corresponding to a total of 17.56% of our Company's capital held by Can Kültür Sanat ve Eğitim Kurumları A.Ş., KCN Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. and MCN Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. be seized.

The aforementioned decision, numbered 2025/7284 subject Miscellaneous Matters, was served upon our Company on 12 September 2025. In accordance with the said decision, notification has been made to Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş.
