In our material event disclosure dated 16.10.2024, it was announced that an agreement was signed with South Africa-based Serviostech PTY. LTD ("Servios") covering the sales and post-sales customer support of ATP Zenia products in designated countries. Within the scope of this cooperation, the sale and implementation of ATP Zenia's next-generation hybrid cloud restaurant management solution was carried out for the Pie City restaurant chain operating in South Africa, Botswana, and Zambia.

Under the same agreement, the sale and integration of the ATP Zenia restaurant management solution have been completed in 29 restaurants in Namibia, in the first phase, within the South Africa-based Hungry Lion restaurant chain, which currently has 419 branches and continues to open new ones.

The parties continue to work together on other opportunities in the region, and our Company's activities in line with its strategy for international growth and expansion are also ongoing.
