oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | | Şirketimizin 04/07/2025 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamasında, Şirketimiz ve Disera Tıbbi Malzeme Lojistik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ortaklığında İstanbul İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü tarafından gerçekleştirilecek olan 2025/739894 İKN'li "Müdürlüğümüze Bağlı Sağlık Tesisleri İçin Sonuç Karşılığı Laboratuvar Hizmet Alımı" konulu ihaleye katılım sağladığı duyurulmuştu.
İhaleye verilen teklif tutarı 2.189.370.342,32 TL olup, 15/08/2025 (bugün) tarihi itibariyle teklif verilen tutarın tamamının lehimize sonuçlandığı tarafımıza bildirilmiştir. Söz konusu ihaleye ilişkin verilecek olan hizmet, Ocak 2026 döneminden itibaren 36 aylık süreyi kapsamaktadır. Şirketimizin Ortak Girişim'deki payı 51% oranındadır.
Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | In our company's Special Situation Disclosure dated 04/07/2025, it was announced that our company, in partnership with Disera Tıbbi Malzeme Lojistik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., had participated in the tender titled "Laboratory Service Procurement against Results for Health Facilities Affiliated to our Directorate," with the tender TPN 2025/739894, to be conducted by the İstanbul İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü.
The bid amount submitted for the tender is TRY 2,189,370,342.32, and as of August 15, 2025 (today), we have been informed that the entire bid amount has been awarded to us. The services to be provided in relation to the tender in question will cover a period of 36 months starting from January 2026. Our company's share in the Joint Venture is 51%.
