Our company's income statement for the period January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, was submitted to the ANKARA - Corporate Tax Office Directorate as an annex to the 2nd Term Provisional Corporate Tax Declaration for 2025. The attached table was prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law and was not prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation. 

The English translation of this statement is attached. In the event of any discrepancies between the texts, the Turkish statement will prevail.
