In the Board of Directors meeting of our Company held on August 25, 2025, following the retirement of Mr. Ali Kaplan, the Deputy Chief Executive at our company, on September 30, 2025, the Board has decided to appoint Ms. Nurdan Türkdemir on October 1, 2025 as the Deputy Chief Executive of our Company. In the event of the Authority not giving a negative opinion within ten business days following the submission of  the necessary information and documents to the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency, in accordance with the third paragraph of the eighth article of the Regulation on the Establishment and Working Principles of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, the decision of Ms. Nurdan Türkdemir's taking the office will come into force.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
