As disclosed in our Material Event Statements dated March 4, 2025, and April 29, 2025, information was provided regarding the impact of the flood disaster that occurred on March 3, 2025, in Bogor, Indonesia, on our production facilities of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. It was disclosed that our auxiliary facilities, which supply energy to our production plants, were significantly affected, leading to disruptions in energy supply to the production lines, and that a gradual restart process of the production facilities had been initiated.

Following the last disclosure period, as stated in the footnotes of the financial statements dated June 30, 2025, our annual report, financial bulletins, and investor presentations, the Polyester yarn facility resumed operations gradually in May, followed by the Nylon yarn facility in June. 

Ramp-up processes for the entire facility, including the review and renewal of the machinery park, as well as the business interruption assessment, are ongoing in coordination with the insurance company.
