Based on our material event disclosures dated 02.05.2025 and 08.07.2025, it was announced to the public that the production at our Erzin Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant, with an installed capacity of 904 MWe, was being carried out with one steam turbine and one gas turbine due to technical reasons, the repair work had been initiated in order to eliminate the reasons causing this situation, the process was progressing in line with the planned schedule, and it was aimed to put our Power Plant into operation at full capacity upon the completion of these works. 

In this respect, as a result of the repair works carried out, the Power Plant has resumed operation at full capacity as of 31.08.2025.

This statement has been prepared both in English and Turkish. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
