At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on 01.09.2025;

In accordance with Article 11 titled "Investor Relations Department" of the Communiqué on Corporate Governance (II-17.1) of the Capital Markets Board, and pursuant to the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Licensing and Registry Keeping for Those Operating in Capital Markets (VII-128.7), it has been determined that Mr. İsmail Çevik, who holds the Capital Market Activities Level 3 License (N 935244) and the Corporate Governance Rating License (N 935280), meets the qualifications stipulated in the relevant regulations.

Accordingly, Mr. İsmail Çevik has been appointed as the Investor Relations Manager of our Company and as a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
