Due to the appointment of Mr. Murat Dertli ERKER as Independent Board Member, our Board of Directors has restructured the committees, and the new committee structure is as follows:

Mr. Bülent Şamil YETİŞ, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mr. Murat Dertli ERKER, Member of the Audit Committee,

Mr. Bülent Şamil YETİŞ, Chairman of the Early Detection of Risk Committee, and Mr. Murat Dertli ERKER, Member of the Early Detection of Risk Committee,

Mr. Kurtuluş Bedri VAROĞLU, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and Mr. Murat Dertli ERKER and Ms. Tuba BEKTAŞ, Members of the Corporate Governance Committee.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
