Through the material event disclosure made on May 2, 2025, the establishment of our wholly owned subsidiary, Alfasolar Hücre Üretimi A.Ş., was announced to the public within the scope of a financial fixed asset acquisition. In the same disclosure, information was also provided regarding the planned photovoltaic solar cell production investment to be carried out under the High Technology Investment Program (HİT-30) conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye.

Within the scope of the aforementioned investment, the incentive application submitted on behalf of our wholly owned subsidiary, Alfasolar Hücre Üretimi A.Ş., has been approved, and as of today our Company has been formally notified that it is entitled to receive Project-Based State Aid under the HİT-30 program. Financial and feasibility studies regarding the project are ongoing.

Further developments will continue to be disclosed to the public in a transparent manner.
