In our material disclosure dated 26.06.2025, it was stated that the construction of the factory in Duhok, which was carried out within the scope of the localization strategy in Iraq, the installation of machinery and equipment was completed, trial and pilot production were conducted, and consumer tests were carried out in the market.

The ongoing licensing efforts with the local authorities have been completed as of today, and local approvals have been obtained for the sale of the products produced in the factory.
