Mr. Emmar Bayoğlu, who has served as the Head of the Investor Relations Department and a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee of our Company, has resigned from his position.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Communiqué on Corporate Governance No. II-17.1 of the Capital Markets Board, it has been resolved to appoint Ms. Özge Aydemir as the Head of the Investor Relations Department and a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
