Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 08.10.2024;

A total of 112,500,000 shares were bought back for 248,813,997.91 TL and the program was terminated on 07.04.2025. All of the repurchased shares were sold at Borsa Istanbul on 22.09.2025, at a price range of 3.41 - 3.50 TL and for a total price of 386,311,660.98 TL. With this transaction, the ratio of the shares repurchased by our company in the company capital was reset to zero and a total gain of 137,497,663.07 TL was obtained.
