By taking the report of the Audit Committee into consideration, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor for the fiscal year 2025 including the mandatory assurance audit to be conducted within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), which entered into force with the amendment of the legislation, and to submit this proposal to the General Assembly's approval.
