Under the High Technology Investment Program (HİT-30) administered by the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Industry and Technology, our application for the establishment of an integrated production facility, including ingot slicing, wafer, and cell production, for the manufacturing of photovoltaic solar panel cells has been positively evaluated. Within the scope of this investment, which has a total projected investment size of approximately 400 million USD and is expected to create employment for 2100 individuals upon completion, a guarantee letter amounting to 50 million TL has been submitted to the Ministry by our Company.

In accordance with the Board of Directors' resolution dated 15.11.2024 and numbered 2024/18, the disclosure of investment-related activities to the public has been postponed, as the investment is still in the evaluation phase and no finalized agreement has been reached.

The investment will be carried out by Zorlu Alfa Solar Hücre Üretimi Anonim Şirketi, in which we hold a 50% stake, and related feasibility studies and investment processes are ongoing. Developments regarding this matter will continue to be shared transparently with the public.
