Our Company's Board of Directors, in line with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has decided to appoint Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the 2025 fiscal period, including the mandatory assurance audit to be conducted under the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), which came into effect with the recent regulatory changes, and to submit this decision for the approval of the General Assembly.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
