VAKIF FİNANSAL KİRALAMA A.Ş. Bağımsız Denetim Kuruluşunun Belirlenmesi 28 Mart 2025

Pursuant to Article 399 of the Turkish Commercial Code, the Board of Directors of our Company has resolved to elect Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (Ernst&Young) for the fiscal year 2025 and to submit the said election to the approval of our Shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
