In the Corporate Governance Principle No. 4.2.6. of the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, it is stated that if the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Manager are the same person, the reason for this issue should be disclosed to the public.

Mr. Daniele Lorenzo Mazzarella, our General Manager, has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors with more than 25 years of experience in the Prysmian Global organization and being the only senior executive based in Turkey.
