The decision of the General Assembly of the Company regarding the election of PWC Independent Auditing and Independent Accounting Financial Müşavirlik A.Ş as the independent audit company in order to audit the financial reports of our company for the 2025 accounting period and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations was made by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on 04.04.2025. It was registered and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 04.04.2025 and numbered 11305.
