Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygı ile duyurulur. | Margün Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. signed a share transfer agreement with Mr. Haydar Arda ÇAKMAK on March 24, 2025, to acquire 100% of the shares of RSC Elektrik Üretim İnşaat Turizm A.Ş. This acquisition aligns with Margün Enerji's goal of increasing its investments in the renewable energy sector and fulfilling its public offering commitments. RSC Elektrik owns the RSC-1 Seferihisar Geothermal Power Plant, which has an installed capacity of 12 MWm and was developed and established under the Electricity Market Licensing Regulation. As per the agreement, all revenues from the company will belong to us as of June 30, 2024. The share transfer in question was registered on April 14, 2025, and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette dated April 14, 2025, and numbered 11311.
