Article 58 of our articles of association have been amended and the amendment was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 07.05.2025 and numbered 11326. The current Company's Articles of Incorporation containing the last amendment is attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.

Esas sözleşmemizin 58 numaralı maddesi tadil edilmiş olup, söz konusu değişiklik 07.05.2025 tarih, 11326 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır. Son değişikliği içeren yürürlükteki Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesine ekte yer verilmektedir.
