It was previously announced to the public that during the General Assembly meeting of our company held on April 14, 2025, it was decided to sign a contract with BDO Denet Independent Audit and Consultancy Inc. to perform the independent audit for the 2025 financial year in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets legislation, and that the decision was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on May 5, 2025. The registration was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on May 8, 2025, with issue number 11327.
