Söz konusu karar İstanbul Ticaret Odası tarafından tescil edilmiştir. | At the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 07 May 2025, Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. was appointed to audit the financial reports of the Company for the 2025 fiscal year and to carry out other related activities within the scope of the relevant regulations, including but not limited to the mandatory assurance engagement on sustainability reporting to be prepared in accordance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards ("TSRS") issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK"). The said resolution has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office. |
