BOSCH FREN SISTEMLERI 's issued capital was increased by TL 91,910,049 (300 %) with the rights issue, from TL 30,636,683 to TL 122,546,732 and it was announced that the unsold shares with the nominal value of TL 23,926 were cancelled. In accordance with the article 5.2.b.i of the BIST Market Cap Weighted Stock Indices Ground Rules, in calculation of BIST Stock Indices, the number of shares and the free float ratio of BOSCH FREN SISTEMLERI will be taken as 122,522,806 and 15% respectively to be effective from June 3, 2025.
