| In our announcement dated 23.09.2025, our Company reported that it ranked first in the "Erzurum Hınıs Başköy Dam Irrigation Material Procurement Part 1 (HDPE Pipe)" tender of the State Hydraulic Works 8th Regional Directorate. The Tender Commission has conveyed to us the finalization decision confirming the award of the work and the invitation for contract, and the contract has been signed.
