About the Announcement of the Financial Results of our Bank's controlling shareholder, Qatar National Bank, for the period ended September 30, 2025

Our Bank's controlling shareholder Qatar National Bank Q.P.S.C. ("QNB")'s consolidated financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025 have been announced on QNB's website on October 7, 2025. In the preparation of QNB's consolidated financial statements, our Bank's financial data that is prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") prepared within the framework of QNB Group Reporting practices have also been consolidated. The relevant data contains significant differences from the financial statements to be prepared within the framework of regulations, communiques, explanations and circulars published by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency("BRSA") regarding accounting and financial reporting principles, and they are not comparable except certain financial items. Within the framework of the Group Reporting practices, our Bank's Total Assets, Total Net Loans and Total Customer Deposits are TL 1,855.4 billion, TL 1,086.5 billion and TL 992.9 million respectively for the period ended September 30, 2025.

Our Bank's reviewed financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025 which are prepared within the framework of the regulations, communiques, explanations and circulars published by the BRSA regarding accounting and financial reporting principles, are planned to be released on the Public Disclosure Platform on October 27, 2025.
