| In our announcement dated 02.07.2025, our Company reported that it ranked first in the "Amasya Aydınca Dam Irrigation GRP Pipe Procurement" tender of the State Hydraulic Works 7th Regional Directorate. The Tender Commission has conveyed to us the finalization decision confirming the award of the work and the invitation for contract, and the contract has been signed. The contract value is TRY 47,840,250.04 excluding VAT.
