As of January 1 –September 30, 2025, our company has successfully completed the sale of 4,832 units. These presales figures represent a gross sales area of 586.051 m² and a total value of 57.043.875.753 (excluding VAT). Notably, 46 of these units, amounting to 765.678.328 TL (excluding VAT), were sold to foreign nationals.

These results indicate that our company has maintained its successful performance by reaching 74% of its 2025 annual sales target, thereby reinforcing our leading position in the sector and the strength of our brand. We remain committed to achieving our set objectives.

On the other hand, since the real estate sales process is a dynamic one, there may be minor changes in the figures provided above due to instances where the customer exercises their right to cancel or withdraw from the contract, or based on the reasons for termination by the seller in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
